    We have experienced professionals for mould's art and mechanism design. The mould manufacturing center is equipped with precision CNC processing, and the well equipped molding injection department  response to finish in time all design and validation from art design, mould manufacture to molding injection with high efficiency and precision.

They are responsible to review the ID design & mechanical risk, also, arrange the prototype sample for overall cosmetic check and the mechanical measuring with Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA) implementation. After the sample confirmation, will also provide a set of ProE drawing for tooling development.
